Refund policy

 

We accept returns of unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To authorize a return, please contact Info@pistantico.com


If your refund request is outside of 14 days, we are unable to issue a refund or offer credit.

If your shipment is returned to sender, we will contact you within 14 days and offer to reship your order or issue a full refund.

With all refund requests, please be prepared to supply the order number and product number from your original confirmation email, as well as your email and phone number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Any product that arrives in a damaged condition, defective or if you receive the wrong item may be eligible for a refund. To process a refund request, please email Info@pistantico.com within 14 days of receiving the damaged item. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
